Openliven at SugarCON
From the 2nd to the 4th of February, Openliven attended, in San Francisco (CA), at the third edition of the SugarCon, a worldwide conference for users and developers of CRM software, organized by SugarCRM.
The event hosted 650 attendees, 70 breakout sessions and seven keynotes. The thread throughout the conference was how the Sugar application boasts the most extensible CRM platform available today.
Highlights of the breakout sessions included several roadmap sessions detailing the upcoming Sugar 5.5 release.
Topics discussed include the Sugar 5.5 web services improvements, the new themes framework, and how to use the Cloud Connector framework introduced in Sugar 5.2.
